Design your own challenge.  Find your weak spot. What do you really need to work on?
Pick one thing diet related, one thing workout related.

  1. I have decided to add sit-ups to my morning routine as well as doing "The Firm" videos every evening that I can. Eating wise, I've decided to add more food to the mix. Meaning, more roughage. More vegetables. More salad. I can't help but hear chocolate calling my name though, so I'll need to resist that. :)
